दिल्ली हाई-कोर्ट बम-ब्लास्ट

Following poem is based on Delhi High Court Blast that crucially gulped the lives of 12 people and another 76 were seriously injured. The poem is based on a real life incident where a girl (6 year old) whose father was killed in those blasts asking his uncle about the incident. The blast held on 07 Sep. 2011 which was preceded by Diwali. The context here is based on the fact that months before Diwali children starts celebration in the form of Aatish-baazi. The name of the girl is मिष्टी....!



छोटी सी वो मिष्टी मेरी कहती मुझे है चाचा
पूछ रही है बड़ा चहककर कैसे हुआ धमाका

बड़ी जोर से आयीं आवाजें बड़े बड़े भी कांपे
इत्ता मोटा बम्ब था वो की पापाजी भी भागे

बिना दिवाली फोड़े किसने बम्ब ये मुझे बताओ
वर्ना मम्मी से कहलाकर मुझे भी बम्ब दिलाओ

चाचा चाचा छोड़ो सब कुछ बस इतना तो करना
अगली बार धमाका हो तो मुझे है दर्शन करना

चाकरी होगी रोकेट होगा क्या क्या होगा चाचा
क्या बताऊँ मैं इस बच्ची को कौन सा होगा पटाका

ओ मानवता के रक्षक तू ही इसको समझा दे
मुझको  होश नही अब तो बस तू ही राह दिखा दे

इतना निश्चित कर के जग में ना हो कोई धमाका
फिर बच्ची ना पूछे कोई कौन सा था वो पटाका

जग में आशा भर दे और बच्चों को दे खुशहाली
ताकि ईद मने घर-घर में और मने दीवाली


And remember, next time it can be your Misti, Mahi or Matki. So stand and fight against terrorism until it removed entirely from our city, our country and our planet......!!!
